Cambridge Technology Partners successfully relaunches the website of the «Crédit Agricole Suisse Open Gstaad».
«Crédit Agricole Suisse Open Gstaad» is one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in Switzerland with the world’s top players attending since nearly 100 years. This year the organisation decided to revamp its tournament website. Cambridge Technology Partners has been selected by the Crédit Agricole Suisse Open Gstaad as the implementation partner for their new online presence that launched recently.
The website has to reflect the tournament’s values and high standing reputation while delivering a great user experience that lives up to the expectations towards a high-quality sports event. Cambridge Technology Partners designed a new, user centric website using responsive design to ensure an optimal viewing experience across all devices ranging from mobile phones and tablets to desktop computers.
User Experience vs. Maintenance Efforts
The responsive design is one of the key elements of the new website allowing the organisation to easily and effectively maintain all content in one place. This is critical during the days of the tournament in order to provide visitors with a full customer experience while reducing the maintenance effort. To also ensure an efficient implementation, the website is based on the Hippo CMS – a state-of-the-art Enterprise Open Source Java solution.
